<br />Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and Leases, made by Debbie Ritter, "Grantor", to U.S. Bank
<br />N.A., "Grantee", dated September 19, 2003, in the original principal amount of $40,000.00, recorded on
<br />November 12,2003, as Doc. No. 200314845, recorded with Hall County, NE, filed against the following
<br />described real estate, to-wit:
