Warnes and Candace L. Warnes, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 7, <br />2005 as Instrument No. 0200500208, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT 2, BLOCK 9, ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
