<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by The Kit
<br />Co., Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger),
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, dated July 20, 2001 and September 7, 2004, and recorded August 3, 2001 and
<br />September 8, 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as
<br />Instruments No. 0200107727 and 0200408942, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
