<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 14, 2004, executed by L & K Real Estate, a General
<br />Partnership, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank ,of Grandlslanct, Negrask1'i is naJI1ed as Beneficiary and as
<br />TrUstea,-wllich Deed of Trust was -record'ed as Instrument #0200405962 in the Register of Deed's office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 16th day of June, 2004.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />Lot Four (4), Block Seventy Eight (78), Wheeler & Bennett's 3rd Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 14, 2004, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200405962 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County on the 16th day of June, 2004, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
