Moorman, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January <br />18,2005 as Instrument No. 0200500479, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK EIGHT (8), SHERIDAN PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
