<br />That GRANTORS, MERNA BOSHART and TERRY L. BOSHART, as Successor Co-
<br />Trustees of the Boshart Family Joint Revocable Trust, in consideration of the sum of $1.00,

<br />State of Nebraska by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 119, Page 485.
