Walters and Sherri A. Walters, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 4, <br />1997 as Instrument No. 97.106254, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Eleven (11), Packer and Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
