<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Amended Trust Deed with Future
<br />Advances and Amended Assignment of Leases and Rents executed by Herbert F. Mayer, Jr. and
<br />Katherine Mayer, husband and wife, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, Successor to National Bank of Commerce Trust and Savings Association,
<br />Lincoln, Nebraska, as a result of acquisition and name change dated as of December 10th, 2001
<br />and recorded on December 21 st, 2001 as Instrument Number 200113201, and re-recorded as
<br />Instrument Number 200113594 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without
<br />any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property
<br />described in said Amended Trust Deed with Future Advances and Amended Assignment of
<br />Leases and Rents. This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said
<br />Amended Trust Deed with Future Advances and Amended Assignment of Leases and Rents.
