<br />RELEASE OF ASSIGMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS
<br />
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Assignment of Leases and Rents
<br />executed by Herbert F. Mayer, Jr. and Katharine Mayer, husband and wife, for the benefit of
<br />WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Successor to National Bank of Commerce
<br />Trust and Savings Association, Lincoln, Nebraska, as a result of acquisition and name change
<br />dated as of December 215\ 1992 and recorded on December 23rd, 1992 as Instrument Number
<br />92-110963, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby
<br />quitclaim and release unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all
<br />of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said
<br />Assignment of Leases and Rents. This Release is executed at the request of the Beneficiary
<br />under said Assignment of Leases and Rents.
