<br />200602634 <br /> <br />(4) to add to the covenants of the Grantor or to the rights, powers and <br />remedies of the Deed Trustee for the benefit of the registered owner of the Bond or to <br />surrender any right or power herein conferred upon the Grantor; or <br /> <br />(5) to cure any ambiguity, to correct or supplement any provision herein <br />which may be inconsistent with any other provision herein or to make any other <br />provisions, with respect to matters or questions arising under this Deed of Trust, which <br />shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Deed of Trust, provided such action <br />shall not adversely affect the security of the registered owner of the Bond. <br /> <br />(b) Amendments with Consent of Registered Owner of Bond. With the consent of <br />the registered owner of the Bond, the Grantor and the Deed Trustee may enter into amendments <br />to this Deed of Trust, for the purpose of adding any provisions to or changing in any manner or <br />eliminating any of the provisions of this Deed of Trust or of modifying in any manner the rights <br />of the Deed Trustee or the Lender under this Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />It shall not be necessary for the Deed Trustee or the Lender to approve the form of any proposed <br />amendment to this Deed of Trust, but it shall be sufficient if such act shall approve the substance thereof <br /> <br />Section 19. Maturity; Re-conveyance. This Deed of Trust (a) shall be in full force and <br />effect until the Bond, the Loan, and any additional sums due the Lender Wlder the Borrower Documents <br />have been paid and (b) shall mature on February 28, 2021 unless all such amounts shall be paid prior <br />thereto. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Deed of Trust, the Deed Trustee shall re-convey the <br />Property and surrender this Deed of Trust and all documents evidencing the debt secured by this Deed of <br />Trust to tbe Grantor. The Deed Trustee shall re-convey the Property without warranty and without charge <br />to the person or persons legally entitled to it, and those person(s) shall pay any recordation costs. The <br />Grantor, in such re-conveyance, may be described as "the person or persons legally entitled hereto." <br /> <br />Section 20. Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of anyone or more phrases, <br />sentences, clauses or sections in this Deed of Trust shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the <br />remaining portions of this Deed of Trust or any part thereof. <br /> <br />Section 21. Governing Law. This Deed of Trust shall be governed by and construed and <br />interpreted in accordance with the Jaws of the State of Nebraska. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
