200602616 any mechanic's lien against the Premises or any improvement thereon or component thereof, including Equipment, or upon the leasehold interest of the Lessee for improvements to the Premises. 5. As of the end of the Lease Term on February ~, 2011, the Lessors are obligated to sell, and the Lessee is obligated to purchase the Demised Premises for the price specified in the Lease Agreement. The foregoing notwithstanding, the Lessors may, at any time during the term of the lease, elect to consummate the sale of the Demised Premises to the Lessee for such price as of a specified date not less than forty-five (45) days following delivery to the Lessee of notice of Lessors' election, in which event the Lessee shall purchase the Premises on the specified date. 6. The Lease Agreement is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the parties' heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, but with certain limitations upon the right of assignment. 7. The Lease Agreement is subject to the provisions of that certain Asset Purchase Agreement between Larry W. Coffey and Gas 'N Shop, Inc., as Seller, and Casey's Retail Company, as Purchaser, executed as of January 4,2006. 8. The Lease Agreement contains other provisions not mentioned above for reasons of convenience, which affect the substantive rights of the parties, of which notice is given by this reference.
