Harrison and Rhonda L. You :\1'(;' hcrehy notified th:1t <br />because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust is accelerated and the undersigned <br />has elected to sell or cause to be sold, the trust property to satisfy the obligations under said Deed of Trust. <br />The trust property affected is as follows: <br /> <br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (WY'2 NWY4) of Section Nine (9) "fownship Nine <br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT that <br />part conveyed to Hall County per Deed recorded as Document No. 92-105603 filed June <br />29, 1992, in the Hall County Register of Deeds office. <br /> <br />Said default may be cured within two months of the filing for record of this Notice of Default and <br />the obligations and trust deed may be thereby reinstated as provided in Neb. RRS. 76-1012 the amount <br />necessary to be paid to cure said default as of this date is $21,022.00. As of this date, the amount of the <br />entire unpaid principal amount secured by said trust deed is $220,476.53, the amount of interest accrued <br />thereon as of the date of this Notice of Default is $21,578.55, and the dollar amount of the per diem interest <br />accruing from and after the date of this Notice of Default is $45.47.
