<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, JEFFREY T.
<br />CORNELIUS AND CAROLE A. CORNELIUS, husband and wife, Trustor, and Bank of
<br />Doniphan as Trustee and as Beneficiary, dated August 21,2004, and recorded on August 27,
<br />2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />200408526 has been paid; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
