<br />the Trust Deed dated 03-15-2005 and the Trust Deed Addendum dated 09-16-2005 executed by C & S Group, LLC,

<br />limited liability corporation; as trustor in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and

<br />recorded in Instrument No. 0200502243 etal and Instrument No. 0200509662; In the Register of Deeds of Hall County,

<br />State of Nebraska, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,

<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note

<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
