<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the 'I 'rust Deed executed by
<br />JENNIFER I BONHAM AND J LEE BONHAM. WIFE AND HUSBAND to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee; for the benefuo{HOME FEDERAL SAViNGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JUNE 21. 2005 and recorded JUNE 24. 2005 in the office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200505724 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
