<br />Mendez and Irlanda P Mendez as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinqs Bank as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated June 9, 1998, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 98-105503 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
