Becker and Charlette 1. Becker, Husband <br />and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on June <br />8, 1998, recorded as Instrument No. 98-105457, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot One (I), Block Ten (10), College Addition to Westlawn, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />lNWITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 21 st March, 2006. <br />~~;;~;~~c.~~,...;\, <br />'. ~'":>;'..
