<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Bernard W
<br />Cosgriff and Lola M Cosgriff, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 8, 1996, and recorded April 9, 1996 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Document No. 96-102622, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
