<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Bernard
<br />Cosgriff and Lola Cosgriff a/k/a Lola M Cosgriff, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to
<br />United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 10, 2003, and recorded April
<br />11, 1996 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No.
<br />0200304370, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
