<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200512577. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Gail A. Krueger, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named as Beneficiary and
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter
<br />filed for record July 6, 2004 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200406682.
