<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, National Association, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated March 23, 2001, among Jeff A. Greenwalt and Lois A. Greenwalt, Husband and Wife, Grantor; in
<br />which CORNERSTONE BANK, N.A. is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded
<br />April 6, 2001, as Instrument #200102947 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that
<br />all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
