<br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS
<br />
<br />The anticipated number of units to be created is thirty (30). The number of
<br />units previously created was sixteen (16), with another four (4) being created herein,
<br />and by the exercise of special declarant rights, the right to create an additional ten
<br />(10) units subject to further amendment of the Declaration to add more units and
<br />additional real estate owned by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and
<br />wife, and Tim C. Plate, a single person.

<br />ARTICLE IV. BOUNDARIES

<br />The boundaries of each unit, including the unit's identifying number, are shown
<br />on Exhibit "A" (plat and plan) as it pertains to Units Three (3) and Four (4) on Lot Two

<br />Nebraska; as it pertains to Units Five (5) and Six (6), on Lot Three (3), Westwood
<br />Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; as it
<br />pertains to Units Seven (7) and Eight (8) on Lot Two (2), Westwood Park Ninth
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, previously Lot Four
<br />(4) and part of Lot Five (5), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; as it pertains to Units Nine (9) and Ten (10), on Lot
<br />One (1), Westwood Park Ninth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, previously part of Lot Five (5) and all of Lot Six (6), Westwood Park
<br />Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; as it pertains
<br />to Units Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), on Lot Seven (7), Westwood Park Seventh
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; as it pertains to Units
<br />Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) on Lot Eight (8), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; as it pertains to Units Seventeen

<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; as it pertains to Units Twenty-
<br />three (23) and Twenty-four (24) on Lot Twenty-two (22), Westwood Park Seventh
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and as it pertains to
<br />Units Twenty-one (21) and Twenty-two (22) on lot Twenty-three (23), Westwood Park
<br />Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The
<br />boundaries are the unfinished surface of the outer most interior walls, fireplace
<br />openings, if any, up to the flue in the closed position, the unfinished service of the
<br />ceiling immediately below the roof as indicated for each separate unit upon the
<br />attached Exhibit "A" and the extension of those surfaces where the unit includes
<br />unenclosed space.

<br />ARTICLE V. COMMON ELEMENTS
<br />
<br />The common elements are all portions of the condominium other than the
<br />units, including the perimeter block wall, which shall be a general common element.
<br />The limited common elements, other than those shown on Exhibit "A" are:
<br />
<br />(a) If any chute, flue, duct, wire, conduit, bearing wall,
<br />bearing column or any other fixture lies partially within
<br />and partially outside the boundaries of a unit, any portion
<br />serving only that unit is a limited common element
<br />allocated to that unit, and any portion serving more than
<br />
