<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />GREGORY D ULMER AND MINDY K ULMER. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JULY 26. 2004 and recorded AUGUST 2. 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200407603 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
