<br />~ Trustor; FIRST AMERICAN INSURANCE TITLE COMPANY as the Trustee; and BIG 0
<br />C') TIRES, INC., a Nevada corporation, as the Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />~ March 31, 2004 and recorded July 13, 2004 at Instrument No. 200406861 in the Office of the
<br />~ Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, more fully described in the attached Exhibit A; and

<br />~ WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute GARY D. BYRNE, a member of the
<br />:g Nebraska State Bar Association, under such Deed of Trust as the Trustee in the place and instead of
<br />~ FIRST AMERICAN INSURANCE TITLE COMPANY; and

<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid and satisfied;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Beneficiary hereby substitutes GARY D. BYRNE, as the
<br />Trustee under such Deed of Trust, and such Substituted Trustee does hereby remise, release, and
<br />reconvey, without warranty, unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the estate in the
<br />real property described in such Deed of Trust, reference being hereby made to such Deed of Trust
<br />and the record thereof for a particular description of such real property.
