<br />I, 2000, Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2000~2, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Kevin J. Jorgenson, Stacie A Jorgenson, April A. Cupples,
<br />American Pioneer Title Insurance Company, Trustee, and Beneficial Nebraska, Inc., d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage
<br />Company, Beneficiary, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Kevin J. Jorgenson and Stacie A Jorgenson, husband and
<br />wife, and April A Cupples, a single person, to Mark Haseltine, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitablc
<br />Mortgage Corporation, a Missouri Corporation, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real
<br />estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendant, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate
<br />hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other
<br />equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated May 12, 2000, and was recorded May 18, 2000, as Instrument
<br />Number 0200004044 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
<br />beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />LOT 7, IN BLOCK 3, OF KOEHLER PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />
<br />that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to The Provident Bank by written assignment
<br />recorded on May 18, 2000, as Instrument Number 0200004045 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written
