<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by PreisendorfPlumbing and Heating Co Inc.. A Nebraska
<br />Corporation , as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of
