<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />ELEVEN (11), VANTINE'S SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING THEREFROM A TRIANGULAR TRACT MEASURING
<br />17.0 FEET X 20.6 FEET X 26.23 FEET, BEING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
<br />AFOREDESCRIBED FRACTIONAL LOT ELEVEN (11), CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM
<br />THE WESTERLY SEVEN (7) FEET OF THE AFOREDESCRIBED FRACTIONAL LOT
<br />ELEVEN (11) WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN A WARRANTY DEED CONVEYANCE DATED
<br />MARCH 4, 1982, TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, ALL
<br />IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
