<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of
<br />One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, received from GRANTEE, SECRETARY OF HOUSING
<br />AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, Attention: Single Family Property Disposition Branch, Omaha Area Office,
<br />Region VII, its successors and assigns, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat. ~ 76-201):
