The value of the real property owned by Leonard L. Sebesta, deceased, does not exceed $25,000. The legal description of the real estate owned by decedent is as follows: An undivided one -half interest in Lot Forty -One (41), in Argo Fourth Subdivision in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska. 2. Thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent. Leonard L. Sebesta died on May 10, 1999 (see attached Death Certificate). I No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal Representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. 4. Jean L. Sebesta, widow of Leonard L. Sebesta, is entitled to the above described real property by devise under the Will of the Decedent (see attached Will). 5. Jean L. Sebesta was alive when her husband Leonard died on May 1.0, 1999. Jean L. Sebesta died on August 18, 2005. Affiant is the Personal Representative of the Estate of Jean L. Sebesta and is the daughter and only child of Leonard L. Sebesta and Jean L. Sebesta. 6. Affiant has made an investigation and has been unable to determine any subsequent Will to the Will attached hereto. 7. The value of Leonard L. Sebesta's entire estate did not exceed $25,000.00. 8. No other person has a right to the interest of the Decedent in the above described property.
