<br />and chattels: personal property located inside the cabin including: 1 set of bunk
<br />beds, fold out futon, Window Air Conditioner. Electric wood burning stove insert,
<br />refrigerator, canoe all located in a cabin located at the Sportsman Club on part of
<br />the South Half of the Southwest Quarter, (S'i'2SW1,4) and part of Lot 11 Island
<br />Section 20, Township 10 North, Range 9, Doniphan Township, West of the 6th
<br />P.M. Hall County, Nebraska. THIS SALE INCLUDES THE CABIN.

<br />and the said grantor hereby covenants with the said grantee, that the undersigned is
<br />the lawful owner of said goods and chattels; that they are free from all

<br />that the undersigned will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims
<br />and demands of all persons whomsoever.
