<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2003 executed by Arlen P Baumert and Rhonda s So
<br />L Baumert, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200316597, on the 31 st day of December,
<br />2003,and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />THE EASTERLY TWO-THIRDS (E2/3) OF LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK FIFTY-FIVE
<br />(55), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does h~reby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
