<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3'1fL day of March, 2006, The CIT
<br />Group/Consumer Finance, Inc., as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, against Cheryl L. Grantham and Jerry J. Grantham, as the defendants, the object
<br />and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said
<br />Cheryl L. Grantham and Jerry J. Grantham, wife and husband, to Industry Partners, as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Wilmington Finance, a division of AIG Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, to foreclose
<br />any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to
<br />obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust
<br />is dated July 14, 2004, and was recorded October 6,2004, as Instrument Number 0200409831 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Lot 7, Block 28, GILBERT'S THIRD ADDITION, to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on September 6, 2005, as Instrument Number 0200508771 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
