<br />Headley Farms, a Partnership, Grantor, for and in consideration of the $230,000.00 received
<br />from Grantee, Merrill J. Wissing and Betty L. Wissing, husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEE, the
<br />following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
