<br />Headley Farms, a Partnership, Grantor, for and in consideration of the $230,000.00 received
<br />from Grantee, Merrill J. Wissing and Betty L. Wissing, husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEE, the
<br />following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat, 76-20 I):

<br />727.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 10.009 acres, more or less, the
<br />Westerly 33.00 feet thereof being Hall County road right-of-way.
<br />GRANTOR covenants, with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
