<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Nona Dubbs and
<br />Darrel Dubbs, husband and wife, Trustors, to Thomas A. Emerton, Attorney at Law, Trustee, under the
<br />
<br />DetU of Trust dated Apri126, 2001, ill which M. Maxine Conroy, Tru&tcc of the Revocable Tmst
<br />
<br />Agreement dated May 12, 1977 is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded Apri130, 2001 as
<br />Document No. 200103771 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated
<br />indebtedness of $60,000.00, and subsequently assigned to Max L. Conroy, Jerry D. Conroy and
<br />Jacqueline L. Weaver, to each an undivided one~third interest, by Assignment to Successors in Interest of
<br />Deed of Trust dated December 12, 2001 and recorded January 22,2002 as Document No. 0200200807 of
<br />the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiaries have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follows:

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
