<br />KNOW ALL MEN BYTH:ESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Kenneth A Steinbeck and Elaine L Steinbeck, husband and wife as
<br />joint tenant, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the
<br />8th day of October, 2005 and recorded on the 17th day of October, 2005, at the Register of Deeds
<br />Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No 0200510260, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said' frustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
