<br />NORTHRUP, Beneficiary of the Lorraine E. Goff Family Trust under Restated Trust Agreement dated
<br />October 19, 1999, as amended under First Amendment dated February 28, 2003, her successors and assigns,
<br />Grantee, all of their right, title and interest, without reservation, in and to the following described real
<br />property located in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />South One.Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1/2 NEI/4) and the North One-Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (N 1/2 SE 1/4) of Section 18, in Township 10, Range II, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />Grantors hereby convenant with Grantee and successors in interest, that: (i) Grantors hold the real estate by
<br />title in fee simple; (ii) Grantors have good and lawful authority to sell and convey the real estate; (Hi) the real
<br />estate is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except for liens and encumbrances of record or as stated
<br />above; (iv) Grantors warrant to covenant and defend the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons,
<br />except as stated above.
