<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deeds of Trust dated June 22,2001, and May 14, 2002, executed by Kathy L Main, a Married
<br />Person, formerly known as Kathy L. Callis, and Kenneth G. Main, her Husband, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on June 29,2001, recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 0200106326, and on May 22,2002, recorded as Instrument No. 0200205478, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />LOT ONE (1), SUNSET ESTATES SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd March, 2006.
