<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Sheila K.
<br />Axford, a single person to Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Hastings Ventures, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated March 17,2005 and recorded March 18,2005 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200502355 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
