<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under 5"S-6
<br />the Deed of Trust dated May 14, 1991, executed by Charles Wayne McTavish and Sylvia J.
<br />McTavish, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on May 21, 1991, recorded as Document No. 91-103091, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Wl/2SWl/4 Section 28, Township 11, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with all wells, pumps, motors or engines, gear heads, and equipment located on and used to irrigate said
<br />premises which items are declared to be a part of the deeded premises and appurtenant to said real estate.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 1 st March, 2006.
