<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by CONNIE BOLTZ, single, Trustor, to DUANE A. BURNS,
<br />Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of TROY D. FOX, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated July 17, 1991, and recorded July
<br />17, 1991, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 91-104620 has been released, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such release of liability
<br />in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Deed of Trust in the following-described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2), Dale Roush Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures,
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
