Klinginsmith, Trustor under a Deed <br />of Trust filed for record February 28,2003, and recorded as Instrument No. 0200302364 in the <br />Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The property of the Trust is as described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Eighty-Eight (88) of Hagges' Subdivision of a part of the Northeast Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4 NW 1/4) and a part of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northea'st Quarter (NW 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />WHEREAS a breach of an obligation for which the above Trust Property was conveyed <br />as security has occurred, the nature of such breach being: Failure to make payments due <br />under the Promissory Note dated August 27, 2005. <br /> <br />The Tru~tee hereby gives notice of its election to sell or cause to be sold the trust property <br />to satisfy such obligation. <br /> <br />The default may be cured within 30 days of the filing for record of this Notice of Default <br />and the obligation and Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in Neb.
