<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Ray L.
<br />Ericson and Rebecca J. Ericson, husband and wife, to Old Republic National Title
<br />Insurance Co., Trustee for the benefit of NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated January 13, 1998 and recorded January 30, 1998 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 98- 100737 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />All of Lot Nine (9) and the Easterly Forty (40.0) feet of Lot Eight (8), in Grace Lutheran Church
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
