<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated August 12,2003, wherein Loren 1. Humphrey, alkla Loren John Humphrey, and
<br />Cynthia Leigh Humphrey, Husband and Wife are/ the Trustors, which was filed for record in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 13,2003, as Instrument No.
<br />0200310612 and contains as trust property, the following-described real estate:
<br />
<br />Lot Five (5), West Spelts-Shultz Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated August 12,2003,
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to
