<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated JULY 13, 1999, executed
<br />by MARK A. DAVIS AND MARY E. DAVIS, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, as Trustor,
<br />for the benefit of NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE, INC. DBA HMC FUNDING, which Deed of Trust was

<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
