<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated JULY 13, 1999, executed
<br />by MARK A. DAVIS AND MARY E. DAVIS, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, as Trustor,
<br />for the benefit of NORTH COUNTY REAL ESTATE, INC. DBA HMC FUNDING, which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded JULY 22, 1999 as Instrument No. 99 107372, in Book No. ---, at Page No. --- in the Office ofthe
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;

<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC, has
<br />requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
