<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases ("Deed of Trust") dated August 26, 2005, and filed August 26, 2005, as Instrument Number
<br />0200508449, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Northwest Crossings Limited Liability Company
<br />as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association, as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association, as original Trustee, in
<br />consideration of performance in part by said Trustor of part of the obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note
<br />secured thereby, does hereby partially reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />hereby partially canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.

<br />Such partial reconveyance is given subject to part of the existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not
<br />imposed upon said property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of partially satisfying of record
<br />the aforesaid part of the Deed of Trust.
