<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein; the Village of AIda,
<br />a Nebraska unit of local government, as Grantee of Community Development Block
<br />Grant Funds (CDBG), hereby releases the mortgage of Nine Thousand Four Hundred
<br />Twenty-Five Dollars and fifty Cents, ($9,425.50), made by Ethel Lamborn, on the
<br />following described property, to wit:
