<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />James C. Lantis and Sharon K. Lantis. Husband and Wife. as Joint Tenants
<br />as Trustor to GARY D. BYRNE. ATTORNEY AT LAW
<br />as Trustee for the benefit of AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated November 18. 1998 , and recorded in the office ofthe
<br />Register of Deeds in _Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />98 111911 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property
<br />held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto.
