<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by CARL B. NOBLE and PEGGY
<br />1. NOBLE, husband and wife, whose mailing address is 1030 Highland Drive, Hastings, Nebraska
<br />68901, as Trustor, to Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska
<br />68902-1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of Delbert E. Barrows, 814 West Barrows Road, Hastings,
<br />Nebraska 6890 I, as Beneficiary pursuant to an Assignment of Deed of Trust, recorded in the Office
<br />ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 30, 2004, as Instrument No. 200407544,
<br />regarding a Deed of Trust recorded in the Office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on March 3, 2004, as Instrument No. 200401962, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />above.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Agricultural Deed of Trust in the following:
