Blue and Kristine Lyn Blue, husband and wife, are named <br />as Trustors, Exchange Bank is named as Lender and Beneficiary, and Exchange Bank is named as Trustee, <br />the undersigned successor trustee has exercised the power of sale in the manner provided by law; has caused <br />a notice of default to be given, recorded and served in the manner provided by law; and has caused a notice <br />of sale to be given, published and served in the manner provided by law; and has conducted the Trustee's <br />Sale in the manner provided by law; and in all other respects has complied with the provisions of Neb.
